The Cloth Bums CIC is a reuasable nappy advocacy and advisory company with a nappy library service.
We collect and use only the data that is relevant to the provision of our services to existing and prospective clients. Nothing more than that.

The data that we may collect is only the data you want to give us by submitting the subscribe/Contact Us form, which may reveal your IP address to us along with the information you submitted.

We only ever share data with other companies when it is necessary for the provision of services to you, for which we will always ask your permission (consent). For example, if you enquire about our nappy library but are out of our service area, we would ask to pass your details to your most local nappy library. We do not sell or share data or use tracking cookies.

We have security measures in place to protect your personal information. We follow our security procedures and apply suitable technical measures to protect your information.

How long do we keep personal information?

We store personal information for the periods needed for the purposes for which the information was collected or for which it is to be further processed. Sometimes we’ll keep it for longer if we need to by law. Otherwise we delete it.
